Clinical Usage
LAJALU : The medicinal use of the plant Mimosa pudica dates back to Charaka and Sushruta. The plant is used for bleeding disorders namely menorrhagia. The clinical trial in women with menorrhagia, exhibited promising results with relief in the severity of bleeding. Its action on small blood vessels is implicated in its haemostatic property.
NAGKESAR : The main medicinal use of the plant Mesua ferrea lies in its stamen for controlling bleeding in menorrhagia. Due to this the severity in the pain and cramps associated with menorrhagia is greatly reduced.
Dosage:
1 Tea Spoon twice a day for the first 2 days of the menstrual cycle.
